Creating a Custom TourWith a custom tour, you can pick and choose activities as they appeal to your group's interests, abilities and activity levels. Your tour can be as long or short as time permits. Here is an example of a 5-day custom tour: Day 1: Day Trip, Grand Teton
National Park Activity ListChoose among these activities to build a custom tour. We are happy to help you build the tour of your dreams. Day Trip, Grand Teton
National Park |
We strongly suggest that you give yourself a day or two to acclimate to the elevation, try out your equipment, and
have some ski instruction, if needed, before
you head up to the yurts. A day tour with our
guides on Teton Pass or in Grand Teton National
Park is a great way to break into the backcountry
and wet your powder whistle.
We can take almost anyone into the huts with basic skiing skills and a reasonable level of physical conditioning. If you have an interest in backcountry skiing but have no skiing skills or you doubt that your physical conditioning is adequate, have no fear! A custom tour on more gentle terrain is a great way to get started.
